The Sweet Slice Guide

Slice It Right, the Sweet Lovers Way! 

Slicing your Brigadeiro Cake should be just as sweet as enjoying it!

​​STEP 1 – ✂️ Get Ready

You’ll need:

  • A sharp, serrated knife

  • A clean towel

  • A cup of warm water

  • A cutting board or flat surface​​

STEP 2 – 🔪 Slice Side to Side

​(Not Triangles!)

Start from one side of the round cake and cut straight horizontal slices, just like slicing a loaf of bread.
Each slice should be 2–3cm wide, depending on how many servings you want.

STEP 3 – 🍰 Use the Board Trick

Place each slice flat on a cutting board.
From there, cut it into smaller squares or rectangles—halves or thirds—depending on your serving size.
This technique is great for parties, ensuring equal portions for everyone!

STEP 4 – ♨️ Clean As You Go

Dip the knife in warm water and wipe clean after every few cuts.
It keeps the layers looking sharp and the creamy Brigadeiro filling from sticking.

​STEP 5 – 🍴 Serve with Love

Use a spatula to gently place each piece on a plate.
Don’t forget to top each serving with a Mini Brigadeiro
(if included)!
